Artist's Comments

Between 1917 and 1929, four incestuous sisters from Switzerland worked on the making of a map of the invisible world. Each year, they tried to present their work in progress at the SSSS Congress but were always rejected and laughed at by the scientifical community. In 1929, after 12 years of work, feeling humiliated and misunderstood, they set their lab on fire and died together among the thousands of documents they produced during the past 12 years.

True story? If then I must read more about it. The invisible world is no laughing matter. (hopefully no sarcasm).

Love the pointy things and the spiral.
