I always get a gloomy feeling from stuff like this. But your work somehow manages to sneak by this. It's actually cheerful in a way.

Aah. Je reconnais bien les angles à Drahomira :)

Spéciale attention aux ombres du fond.
Oui c'est ma partie favorite qui contraste avec cette charmante jeune fille.

I think these last few pieces you have submited are beautiful! More than any of the parts of the piece that really make them, are the textures that you actually present and the ones that the different images create. In this one, the tree and dish, and the girl kind of. Those mixing with the textures that are just there and the other elements really make these pieces great!

well thanks. but i can't be complimented on the textures as i didn't make them. you could only compliment me on the fact that i chose them, but i don't know if this deserves compliments :)
thanks for the comment !

hery i was just wondering how u do the tree so well? how in ps?
Reply
:icondrahomira:
drahomira Featured By Owner Mar 19, 2004
this tree was pretty easy. i started from a photo of a tree , applied a "seuil' effect (sorry i don't know the english for it, maybe "posterize"?) and downsized it. the hardest part was to find the kind of tree i wanted :)
